1. Store Use and Eligibility

Use this website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for accurate information, your account credentials, and activity associated with your account. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent information.

2. Product Information and Availability

Meg’s Furniture works to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, features, delivery information, setup guidance, and other details accurately. Actual appearance may vary because of display settings, photography, materials, lighting, manufacturing variation, and other factors. Availability, specifications, packaging, and delivery methods may change.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, charges, discounts, and order totals are shown during checkout. Payment may be handled by third-party payment processors, and orders may be subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, and verification.

4. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Meg’s Furniture works to keep website, product, pricing, availability, and other information accurate, but information may occasionally contain typographical, pricing, description, specification, availability, or other inadvertent errors or omissions.

We may correct such errors and update affected information when they are discovered. If an order is affected by a material error, including an obvious pricing or listing error, Meg’s Furniture may contact the customer for clarification or cancel the affected order before fulfillment.

If payment has already been collected for an order that Meg’s Furniture cancels because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

This section does not limit legitimate customer rights involving damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect merchandise under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Order Submission and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Meg’s Furniture may decline, cancel, limit, or require additional verification when reasonably necessary because of availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, address issues, quantity limitations, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly and cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. Customers should contact Meg’s Furniture immediately if they need to request cancellation, but an order may already be committed to fulfillment and unable to be canceled. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping locations, free standard shipping eligibility, processing and delivery estimates, tracking, multiple-package shipments, address responsibilities, delays, and delivered-but-missing procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds, Damage, and Order Issues

Returns, refunds, damaged or defective items, missing parts, incorrect items, return authorization, packaging requirements, claim deadlines, and refund timing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Do not ship merchandise back unless Meg’s Furniture has provided return instructions.

9. Compressed and Expandable Furniture

Some furniture may arrive compressed, vacuum-packed, modular, in multiple cartons, or designed to expand after opening. Review product-specific setup, expansion, fit, package, and handling information before opening, moving, assembling, or expanding the product. Opening or expansion does not eliminate a legitimate damage, defect, incomplete-item, or wrong-item claim.

10. Customer Accounts

Account creation may be available for convenience, and guest checkout may also be available. Keep account information current and contact Meg’s Furniture promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

11. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. By submitting content for publication, you grant Meg’s Furniture a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with the store and related business operations, subject to applicable law.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

The Meg’s Furniture name, website content, layout, text, graphics, logos, product presentation, and other store materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws except where rights belong to third parties. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit store content without permission or other lawful authorization.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, carriers, review services, email providers, analytics services, and other operational providers. Meg’s Furniture does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their separate terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.

15. Warranties and Disclaimers

Meg’s Furniture does not provide a blanket manufacturer or product warranty for every product. Any product-specific warranty or manufacturer coverage that applies will be identified when available and is subject to its own terms. Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and store services are provided on an available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meg’s Furniture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or a purchase, except where such limitations are prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
